I was walking on the flood wall on a summer evening and liked the view of the stack down this alley.  I don't know if the alley has a name, but it is just north of Mulberry.  This is a little painting, only 11 x 14, but I kind of liked the contrast of light and shadow.  I started this during the Rotary's charity auction at the country club, and finished it later at home.  

   Off work today and spent the afternoon out by the pond in my back yard painting one of the water lily blossoms.   I also saw a frog today!!  All my bullfrogs died over the winter and had seen no frogs all year.  But lo and behold there was a little guy sitting on a rock at the edge.   Hope he/she stays.  I know it's wierd but this is my fun and relaxation!
